Day 1: Kraków
Flight to Kraków. During your preliminary tour your courier will provide you with basic information about the city and its historic sites.

Day 2: Kraków - Wieliczka (13 km)
Today you will be given a professional, guided half-day tour of the Royal City, including the Main Market Square, the Cloth Hall and St. Mary’s church and its Veit Stoss Altar, Wawel Hill, the Royal Castle and Cathedral, all of which are worth seeing. In the afternoon we invite you to the Wieliczka Salt Mine which is the Europe’s oldest salt mine still in operation and recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. A 3-mile-long walk with a special guide through chambers and corridors decorated with sculptures and figures will be an unforgettable experience.

Day 3: Kraków – Zakopane (109 km)
After breakfast we will take you to Zakopane, the biggest town in the Tatra region and long dubbed the winter capital of Poland. You will be enchanted by Podhale’s unique architecture, which is based on traditional wooden building forms and developed by one of the most important Polish artists of the 19th-20th Centuries – Stanisław Witkiewicz. In the afternoon you will visit the centre of Zakopane and its famous Krupówki Street. Another attractions include be a ride to the top of Gubałówka and a trip in a horse-drawn carriage in the area. After all the excitement of the day you can enjoy dinner to the accompaniment of music from a Highlander folk troupe.

Day 4: Zakopane – Nysa - Kłodzko (365 km)
You will leave Zakopane for Nysa, a small town often referred to as “the Silesian Rome”, as the region’s bishops resided there once they had to leave Wrocław. The Bishop’s Palace today serves as a local museum. In Kłodzko – a city of three cultures with a history stretching back more than 1000 years – you will see the fortress of Kłodzko and St. John’s Bridge, a miniature version of the famous Charles Bridge in Prague. In the late afternoon you will visit the towns of Duszniki Zdrój and Kudowa Zdrój, two of Europe’s oldest health spas and at the same time the most famous and beautiful in Poland.

Day 5: Kłodzko - Karpacz - Wrocław (229 km)
Today you will pass through the most attractive tourist regions in Poland - the Stołowe Mountains National Park, whose most interesting labyrinths and spots can be found in the Szczeliniec Wielki Reserve and the Błędne Skałki rocks, which occupy more than 70 ha of the park. In this picturesque spot you will be able to rest and get a bit of fresh air. In the afternoon you will head for Karpacz, a small mountain resort, winter sport and hiking centre, also well known for the 12th Century wooden Wang Chapel with its Romanesque touches.

Day 6: Wrocław – Świdnica – Książ - Wrocław (152 km)
In the morning you will enjoy a half-day trip to Wrocławto see the city’s oldest district - Ostrów Tumski Island – and the Old Town. Its Gothic City Hall forms a wonderful heart of the city and the splendid facades of former burgher houses make the whole area an interesting architectural example and focal point of artistic life. Your next port of call is Świdnica, where we will show you the famous Church of Peace, considered by many to be the greatest timber - framed churches ever built. You will then stop off in Książ, where you should see the 13th Century Książ Castle - one of the best-preserved castles in Silesia, and the largest hilltop fortress in the country.

Day 7: Wrocław - Kraków (290 km)
Travel to Kraków. In the afternoon we invite you to a special farewell dinner in a Kraków restaurant. Overnight stay in Kraków.
